Wow. This weekend has been a blur.
Moog sway bar end links are in. I powder coated the brackets.

Then did spark plugs. Tell me, do think #5 had any issues?

Put in E3 plugs and a set of MSD StreetFire wires that Summit and Jegs says will not fit Crown Vics. Liars. These were only $40 as well.

Also did a coolant flush, installed the correct green t-stat housing. And fixed the fan to boot.

And fixed the negative terminal. It was loose. So I installed a terminal shim. Hmm, thinking about installing the PI intake this weekend. We'll see.
I couldn't install that belly pan. It did not fit. Front lip was about 4 inches too short. Hmmmm....
The Tank runs geat now.

#5 looks like valve cover leakage. I'd be more concerned with #3. I've never seen an Autolite with a U shaped bridge.

#3 is a E3. #5 sits next to the thermostat housing which I did just replace a few weeks ago.
And I'll get the approximate 4" bracket/panel tomorrow.

H-pipe broke today at the flange weld on the passenger side. Friday will be three years to the day of install. You'd think aftermarket stuff would last longer than 3 years, while stock lasts over 17 years.
Ordered Moog upper ball joints and hubs.
All I need are struts, springs, and control arm bushings.
I also need suggestions on struts and springs. I want to firm up the comfy-couch ride just a little bit.
Any ideas?

I saw Motorcraft shocks on rock auto that were for the sport/air spring/performance package. Bought a pair for the wagon to use when I switch to air springs. Used the 5% off code.

Also my GM 93 sport rode great imho. That is why I want to bother changing over the wagon. A 93 should be easier as they had that as a factory option. I do not know what year they integrated the ride control into the main computer but 96 still had a separate module and 03 did not.
