Coming home from my parents house, after pizza and wings. It's was really shitty snowy out tonight. Anyways, it was Vee, James and I in the Tank.
As I approached our house, I put my LEFT turn signal on and started to slow down. And as I started to turn left, this guy in a 09 Dodge Caravan tried to pass me. ON THE LEFT.
WTF.
I put him into the front lawn and he recovered onto the street.
I lost a piece of fender molding:
And there's a few scratches, but most importantly, NO DENTS. Pictures will follow tomorrow in the light.
I expected this guy to come out of the van all raged-up like all the other asshats that try and PASS ON THE LEFT.
He was actually really cool.
By the time the police got there to file the report (38 minutes) I had damn near convinced him to buy a Panther.
His van was a company vehicle.
Damage:
There's even a 4 inch strip of Grabber Green paint on his bumper. Lolz.
But, it was his fault. No biggie. Everyone is OK.
So chalk that one up for the TANK OF JUSTICE II.

So, I forgot to mention that I bought those QD to AN fittings from Jegs and will test fit them when they get here. Oh, and I ordered a -6 inline fuel filter. And some various engine gaskets. And ceramic rear brake pads.
I made a 2 page list of everything I'm going to need for the engine/transmission swap in the coming months.
Then comes the sweet front end rebuilt with a sweet bonus. One of which I cannot tell you till it happens.
Thxkby.
OK, so I received my ceramic brakes, inline filter, QD to AN fittings, gaskets and A/C delete kit. Still waiting on timing chain cover gaskets.
Went to the junkyard today for the first time in a while.
I picked up stuff for the PI motor swap:
-6G alternator with wiring
-140 MPH speedo
-Silicone radiator and overflow hoses
-Throttle cable with bracket
-PI Zip tube
-Black weather stripping
