I did some work in the garage.
Well, enough so that the Tank is now in the garage. I had to wait for the snow to melt enough for me to move it. Actually, I still ended up shoveling about 2 feet of snow so that I could get it in the garage.
Regardless, it is now backed into the garage and on ramps. This weekend it will be on jack stands, and I might commence the gas tank removal along with the springs and shocks.
I have to solder in 2 connectors for the new sending unit. There's only a few inches of wire on the new sending unit.
Luckily, the harness for the car runs through the trunk, so I can actually do the soldering while sitting in the trunk as opposed to lying on my back.
I also picked up 96 PCM and OBD II port thanks to ScottMang and Ivan. (THANKS!!!)
Still stripping the paint, carbon, and dirt off the heads. The sooner those are cleaned up, the sooner I can wash, port, sandblast and powder coat them.
I won't be ready for the Green Grand Prix. It's such a shame. But this winter has been extremely cold and difficult to get shit done.
Maybe more updates tomorrow night.
