I love the two tone. I'm debating on whether going 16's or 17's next year on my car. HPP's are alot cheaper than 17's and the tires are cheaper to boot. HPP's are 16's right? Or am I stupid? How did you get the centercaps on the HPPs. I thought they didnt fit over the stock hubs. And that is damn clean for one from this area. I live in hamilton, and all the box panthers here are super rotten, including mine, whick sucks.Keep up the good work

Thanx man. Yea i got 16" HPP wheels on my vic. And your right, the centers don't fit over the hubs, not even close. So what i had to do was go in there with a grinder and grind all that shit out of there, then they fit on like a piece of cake. I was also surprised to see that the car was in good shape, then i found out some old guy owned it and hardly went anywhere. It has only 118 000 kms on it. Some guy who works with me at the auto wreckers wanted it for a derby car and I told him to fuck right off so I bought it from there because it was way too early for her to leave this world.

Man it feels nice to have my Vic back on the road with a fresh motor. I'm not sure if I could take that tempo any longer. There Windsor I put in has a lot more power than that 302 did. I had to take the snorkols off my H.O. air cleaner cuz the one interfered with the a/c compressor. I also put the valve covers on that Dave chromed for me.

They repop them now in chrome. Check with vintage mustang vendors, they are about $90 chrome, $60 painted I think.

Anyone know why the a/c compressor comes on when the heat is on? That is what mine is doing.

The only times the A/C compressor doesn't run is when you have it in Vent or Floor (non-ATC). I you've got it on A/C, Mix, or defrost, the compressor will run.

Does anyone have any paint ideas? I got into an accident last week so now my car went from a 2 tone job to a 4 tone. The original 2 tone gray now with white and blue on the fender and header panel. For now I'll probly just hit it with a coat of gray primer and paint it in the spring. I was think of painting it red, the same color as Dave old LSC.

I also found out why my other motor quit, I got it tore apart on the weekend and it turns out that 2 of the push rods were bent which is a fuckin mystery to me because I wasn't even revving it high I was just driving down the highway and she started losing power.
