Happy Birthday to Vicky! My most favorite car!!!
A friend needed a ride so I took her out, and he paid for gas! I don't think she minds being a taxi, as long as she gets gas and compliments the whole way there and back!

Well some updates, Vicky now has an adjustable fuel pressure regulator, and it seems to be happy. Dave was down here for a few days and we found some stuff at the junkyard. Possible HPPs and he got me a license plate bucket. *THANKS MANG!!!* He also helped me figure out what I needed to do for the hooker compactor for the trunk. After a bunch of bullshit, I managed to get a functioning motor and toggle switch from 2 cars plus the motor I pulled last year at Scottfest. It works well. I gotta get some trunk carpeting that actually stays where it's supposed to. I guess that's another thing to add to the to do list.

            No problem John.

You need to get all that crap out of your trunk before you begin worrying about replacing trunk panels.

Yes, It's at 45-46PSI with no vacuum attached. The only thing I don't like about it is that the system no longer holds fuel pressure after the engine is turned off.

I'm planning on running an aero crown vic underhood fuse box. Do something like FatNasty did with his '84.

                        I think it's time for a new '86

In other news I am now the proud owner of 3 decent HPP wheels. They need to be redone before they can be put into use, and obviously I'd need a 4th. I'd really like to have a 5th HPP as a spare, but we'll see how that works out. Pics later.

i will keep an eye out for 2 more for ya. so far on your list to do i got you 2 upper control arms from a 1992 ford crown victoria. i am in the process right now of removing the spindle and hub assenbly from a 1999 Grand Marquis. the bumper for you i will get at harry's. the upper control arms werent that bad to remove but i am having a pita time with the spindle assembly(i hate fucking ball joints). so i couldnt get the spindle assemblies for you i tried b ut i just cant take that kind of job alone i struggled very bad to get them off but to no luck i could not free the lower ball joint i had the top one off but not the lower. so you have to get the spindle and hubs. i cant do that by myself. i was screaming curses that i never knew before doing so. i have the 2 upper control arms, i also am getting the bumper on saturday from harry. how easy is that to take off.

Rear bumper can be removed by utilizing a half inch ratchet with a 15mm socket. Six bolts. I think you could unbolt just two 15mmm bolts that secure the bumper shocks to the frame but they charge something like 4 buck a piece for them so leave them there. Just remove the six bolts and the bumper will fall right off. Depending on the exhaust configuration the tailpipe may be a bit in the way but not enough that you cannot remove the bumper.
