Justin, those are the bolts that came with the kit, but I'll be replacing them all when I get to installing the reinforced brackets that go behind the bumper.

Gabe, I don't tow nothing, I can pull pretty heavy stuff but once in motion I won't be able to slow it down with just my front brakes (rears are still awating the manual proportioning valve). This hitch in particular is just an added protection against morons, I will add a D-ring (towing shackle) for when I get stuck in the dirt and there's a 4x4 truck around

Thats the exhaust i need on my new rig lol. But stacks belong on bowties, its not possible to get even more obnoxiously redneck. I love it mang.

Hows that flex pipe work? I've always been to afraid to use it. But if it gets the job done...who has the right to say?

:edit: Oh yea...ditch them turbo style mufflers and toss on some $5 asspacks on. C' mon!

Well, the truck is gone now - it will be used as a weekend toy for a while, then the engine gets yanked to put in a 4x4 Blazer K5, and the rest gets junked or sold. Show's over, thanks for watching

Nice, 4x4 K5 is a good replacement. What year is it?

Hmm, didn't see that earlier - Dan, the K5 ain't mine, it belongs to the guy whom I got the F150 from. Tis something from the '80s IIRC, if it were a late-'70s truck I'd have remembered it better. Also I drove the shit of the 4x4 tonight, and the big block Ford still got better fuel economy than the SBC... I'm thinking the freeway is where it will fall on its face tho, as that's where the SBC was pulling mileage about 5 over the average most other Chevy folks see from theirs.
