Thanx for all the compliments guys and thanx for tip off on the one clear lense 85 crown. The seats are from a fox body lincoln but a 4 door lincoln. The steering wheel i'm sure will work in a crown vic but there is no horn button on it. It was a rare option but try to find a sport wheel out of a late 70's ford truck, that would have the horn button on it. And no i haven't booked the power seats up yet.

So I assume the Zephmont has the horn button in the turn signal stalk like my '79 Squire?

My 80' had it on the stalk. The horn it self was about useless though. I think I could cough louder.

That stinks. I got lucky with the Squire and it has a really nice sounding pair of horns. The ones on the Colony Park are real tinny-sounding and not very loud, and the Freeway Blasters I got from a junkyard are loud but harsh. Maybe I'll go searching for a thread about aftermarket horns ....

The 1982-87 Continental was a Fox based Lincoln, sort of a 4 door MkVII.

I hadn't known they made the four-port Fox-body Continentals as early as '82. Sure don't seem to be that many of them around these days .... Didn't they coexist with the Mark VII for a short period of time as well?
