That is deffinitely way worse than mine was. You will have to replace the beam. Inspect it further, and if the damage extends too far up the front section it may be unsalvagable. And FYI, if it is, do not just toss that thing to the crushers. That interior looks to be in great shape, and I will be the first to offer to buy the dash pad from ya (if the rest of it is in such crack free shape).

I call the steering wheel!!! If you decide to part it out, probably a lot more parts too! And the dash if Blaze doesn't get it.

Not trying to encourage you to part it out, but sometimes it's better to start with a solid platform than fix a rusted one. Besides, I need some parts!

hmmm I was looking closer today and it seems that the frame is worse than it looks. I was looking at the parts somewhat behond the hole and when i applied any pressure to it it just broke apart >:*( DAMN NEW ENGLAND! I dont even feel safe driving on it any more. For those of you who are wondering, the interior is basically perfect. These is a little bit of wear on the driver side where the seat belt attaches to the wall and the front seats are a little dirty from cigarette smoke but thats basically it. everything from the fenders and up is in good shape and I will probably end up stripping it all off and starting with a new car. I found a guy who does car restoration and I will have him take a looksy at it sometime soon. More Pix!

I call the steering wheel, front door panels, MCU, Duraspark Box, Carb, and maybe some other things! Oh sunvisors too! And maybe some outside trim!

Maybe some of the other members up your way can help you find a clean, rust free box .

Damndable parents always leaving the memory full or the battery dead on my camera! Are there any other new england members, Specifically CT members? I figured I would be one of the few if any...I found a guy who restores old cars and he told me to bring my Cvic by, this is basically my last hope, someone say some prayers to the Car gods!

Well the car restoration guy says it would take him at least 2 months and a few grand to do it so I guess that option is off the table.
