    My new daily/winter driver

A 91 Mazda Protege SE. 1.8L SOHC automatic. I always wanted a power sunroof So far I've added a clock and a gauge cluster w/tach. The new clusters temp gauge doesn't work, that sucks, I think I'll just add an aftermarket one in front of it. Check the pics.

The Vic will be parked for the winter. Just for the salt and snow really. This car makes more sense for work and back too, it gets ~25mpg vs 15 in the CV. Should save about $60 a month.

What year Protege do you have?

2003.5 Protege 5, Fully loaded, leather, ABS, sunroof...

On it's second motor, (almost 3rd, oiling problem) airbag issues since new, A/C problems, bulb socket issues, intake manifold issues, clutch/flywheel issues...Not my worst car, not my best car-Just the most expensive.

2nd motor on an 03. I wouldn't like them either.

I have lots of plans for the Vic. I can tear the exhaust off now that I don't need to drive it, thats first. I plan on collecting parts over the winter...electric fan, gauges, intake, throttle body, etc. Hopefully I can find some good used stuff. My car needs floor work though and my gf starts welding school next month so once we get a house it'll be completely torn apart. I plan to keep that car forever

I can send you GT40 intakes and 65mm throttle body for $250 plus shipping. All you need to do is swap your throttle lever from the CV TB to the 65mm TB. Very easy... I can even locate a Lightning EGR spacer for you so the swap would be a cinch.
PM me if interested. If you don't have the cash now, I understand... but I have the intakes available right now and need to move them soon if possible.
