    FatNasty's '84 GM Update **DUW**

I decided to put some pics up of all the upgrades i have done to the GM since i got it in november. Some i have posted about already and some not:. My main goal with this car was to have everything my old GM had so some things are pretty small.

    Upgrade to LS dome light

    Tripminder Install

100 Watt police PA speaker install

Console - I wanted black vinyl on top part but could only find blue, when i switch interior i'm going to make sides blue too. I am also adding 2 guages to the middle spot in the console. I am also saving the 4th switch hole for a switch for the blue LED's to come

I put the power antenna from a towncar in the back fender and ran the wiring to a GM switch in the stock spot.

I filled the hole from the front antenna with bondo and painted it

I tinted the windows-35% in front, 20% in back...Still have to tint rear window... or at least attempt to.

Switched the two speed wipers to the intermitant wipers

Valve cover gaskets were leaky as shit so i replaced those and painted the covers while they were off. You can see how soaked with oil the passenger fenderwell is. I also put on a new timing chain/gears/ and water pump

Most recent upgrade, Edelbrock 1221 air cleaner, took some work but i got it to fit on the CFI.

I finally got a cardomain site up and put some pics from today with the car washed and looking its finest. http://www.cardomain.com/ride/2279309

My current projects are the blue interior swap, electric fan install, and my ongoing project of a digital hybrid instrument cluster.

My future projects will be installing the gas door lock(run the wires when i put new interior in), 2 guages for the console, get some sort of dual exhaust and headers on, and eventually get it painted blue.

Last of all, i updated my sig. and avitar....enjoy....

OEM is good, doesnt look out of place.

Looks a lot better sitting on level ground than that old picture of it in the driveway.

First of all, thanks for all the comments, Its nice to have people who appreciate these cars. The wheels are Ultra brand, not sure what part number or anything and i couldn't find a link to them anywhere. I like them but they are a PITA to clean. And yep pete, i want to get every available factory option in this car, and bring it up to LS model standards, just need the cloth door panels and lighted vizors. I'm stuck finding the seats now. Once a little more motivation strikes me i want to finish up the digi cluster.
