            All you would really need to mount it is a custom header panel. As for it being too wide, you can have a shop shorten it by cutting out a small section on each side so that it fits.

                  I think it is cool, I just dont see how you can cut it down to size on the sides of the emblem with out making it look funny because every section has the same number of bars. I could see it being done if you choped out the center section but the emblem would be gone. But since your vic isn't a merc and I think shaving off the emblem would make it look even cleaner it would look good that way.

                        Looks like it could be done. Cut out the bars that are just inside of the insided 2 headlights and it looks like that would make it just about fit. If you painted parts of it black anyway you wouldnt be able to tell it was modified.
