    Trim Painting

Found a nice lil thread of someone who re-painted the trim on their car. Im wondering how long it would take to black out all the trim on my merk. And what grit sandpaper to use.

Would roughing up the trim be good enough to let the paint adhere?

Rough it up a little, spray on some primer, and paint it.
