    Locked out

I locked my keys in my car and I can't get the doors open with any tricks I know. The fucking spare key is locked in this piece of shit too, the fucking wind caught the door while I was trying to find a vacumm leak. I tried to see if I could open one of the vent windows but that didn't work either. I'm about ready to break a vent window, I don't think they cost much to replace.

I know I could call a locksmith, but they won't be able to come out until tommorow and want cash. I have no cash and I cannot miss work tommorow, I will be fired on the spot if I do.

    Here is the trick.

Pull the chrome around the door off. The chrome on the A pillare that goes over the top of the door frame. It will just pull off. You do this so you don't damage it. Then you take a wire coat hanger and straiten it. Then take one and and make loop with it.

The reason you are doing this is because as you know, the door handles on the inside unlock the car when pulled. And, these handles also have an upward action to them. So you slide that loop through the door and the weather strippigna dn hook it on the door handle. get it as close to the base as you can, and pull up.

It may be pretty hard to pull, but this has saved me several times! Get a stick or something and wrap the end in your hand around it to make it less painfull to pull up on. I will work on some visual aids ASAP for you.

Took awhile but I got it unlocked, thanks for the help. Took a couple of tries because I didn't have the loop right but I eventually got it.
