Is the front header panel fiberglass? Looking ahead at bodywork. My front panel is in pretty good shape but does have a crack or 2 here and there that I would like to repair prior to paint. What’s the proper fix here? Can short strand filler be used here? Let me know

I have used short strand body filler for this same reason on my 87. Drill out the end of the crack and put a nice v groove the length of the crack and feather that crack area out nicely so the short strand has something to lay into. Then finish it off with some light weight body filler etc...normal body shop process.~David~

my car starts and it has AC. Yours doesn't start and it has no AC. Seems obvious to me.
