Windshield aluminum trim, removal and add ?

    Hi,

How would I remove the windshield aluminum trim? Is it held on by clips or butyl tape?

There is a small rust area and I want to see about mending that spot.

No tape on ours just the clips. I dont use a wood chock. That looks hokey. You can bring the car over and I can remove it 1-2-3 for you if needed.

I did have luck using flat screwdrivers, but you have to be careful.
