    Side view mirror problem

On the 96 CV my driver side mirror glass is vibrating while the car is being driven. It started when I began using the car cover. Kinda odd since the cover does not hit the glass.
Is there a way to fix it or do I have to buy a new mirror ?

Unrelated side note. I've noticed that all my cars that the mirror starts vibrating while driving has always been the driver's side mirror. (Cars owned have been numerous from '97-82)

the entire mirror assembly vibrates on my 93. The top bolt has become unglued from the housing and just spins in it so I can't really tighten that one down all the way. Damn plastic.

not sure if these have them, but the boxes have these guide pins on the back of the mirror glass to keep it stable. If the guides are broken or missing, the glass flops around.
