I didn't really think about it till now, but...This isn't supposed to be here, is it?

This goes to the rear air suspension. It was like this when I got it. I seriously doubt it's supposed to be there.

Putting it here because I keep forgetting to mention it. It's not very exciting at the moment.

Eh, they can really go anywhere, that's for aftermarket air shocks.
As long as what it's attached to is sturdy enough to survive having an air chuck pressed on it repeatedly, it's at least not hurting anything.

I suppose that was where the previous owner wanted it, but that wouldn't be my first choice. My dad installed air shocks on my 89 before he gave it to me as a highschool graduation gift. He had the valve hidden in the trunk behind the upper cardboard/carpet panel.
Those air shocks were a awesome for loading all my stuff, plus my passengers' stuff (split the gas money for the 500 mile one-way trip), air up the air shocks and gave it a nice rake fulle loaded with up to 4 guys including myself (all big guys except for myself). Fully loaded I topped out at a little over 25MPG, I think raising that rear must have helped with aerodynamics.

The ones on my 86 were hidden under the bumper. It was kind of a pain in the ass to access in all honesty, but it was completely invisible. I think I'd rather have it in the trunk somewhere.

I'm thinking about putting some kind of lock over it at some point to prevent jackasses from walking up and flattening my suspension for the lulz.
