Yeah.. I'm really loving those 18's, they look PERFECT. It will look pretty bad on the rear until I get the 3.73's and discs in but man.. I'm going to get quoted for 18's but shouldn't be much more. Will report back! Thanks for the input you guys =)

Just clean up the drums until you get the discs swapped in, I have had drums for the 3 years I've owned them. I just sprayed the stock drums and calipers high temp black and called it a day, just as long as you don't have rusty drums poking through no one really notices. Also if you really want to pop I'd lower the car 1-1.5 inches as well. Have fun though! You are going to notice a big difference in cornering ability, it never really gets old

Check out the pricing on 17" vs. 18" tires. I think 16's and 18s can be expensive but reasonable, but 17s can be an oddball size and you could end up paying a lot more for tires versus 18s. Only a few cars came with 17" tires, 18s are far more common iirc.

Great suggestion thanks! I'll actually end up doing that.

I went back and got a quote for 18's today. They have two in stock but have to get the other three shipped, so for all 5 rims & tires, install & lugs its $1415. Still pretty good I think, only about $100 more than 17"s. And that's with a nice tire size that would fill out the rim. They would be 255/45R18's. Also, when I swap rear ends with a 92+ CV for my 3.73 and discs in the rear, I won't have any issues will I? I'm 99% sure the bolt pattern is the same and 8.8 rear ends are universal.

You'll have no problems, backspacing was the same all the way up to 2002, and all panther chassis have 5 x 4.5 inch bolt pattern.
