    dew wipe and window guides

Hi first post here. I have an 84 gm ls. I'm looking at these posts that are 6 and 7 years old. does anyone update these threads? Your sticky on the subject of dew wipes is way outdated. Can anyone help me with locating the dew wipe and window channel material? My 84 has a new eng. with less than 10k miles on it. I have alot of work to do before my third paint job. first is fixing the rust at bottom of both doors due to loss of dew wipes. I am stuck here. No sense in fixing the rust if rain water keeps pouring in! I would welcome any advice. Please note, the companies mentioned in the dew wipe sticky here said they have'nt carried those products in years. Thanks to anyone that can help.

Thank you for your reply. As stated in my thread I've called both company's you recommended for both the dew wipes and the window channel and they said those products have become obsolete and stopped stocking years ago. Can you be more specific?

IT appears the dew wipes are still available online.

Same with the window channel. Go on http://www.metrommp.com/, on the left hand side click "universal parts". Scroll down and click on "window channels and sweepers"
Scroll down to part WC-33-96 and order the correct amount from there. Hope this helps!
