    2000 MERC coach/opera side light led conversion

    I have a dark blue marquis with a blue ragtop with ugly OEM yellow opera/coach side lights and I want to replace them with some LED limo style coach lights. I have been looking at this site: http://www.mtgparts.com/opera-lights/

    will this be possible and what tools will I need? Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

    just replacing the bulb with an LED might get you a nice bright white (unless the lens is yellowed too).

    Not sure how to open them up on whales though.

      yeah they're colored yellow. I may just buy whole light strips with the white lens covers but im not entirely sure if they will fit in factory holes.
