    Bent rear door hinge

The rear drivers door on my 85 CV is bent out so that when the door closes it does not meet the body. I noticed this today when is started to rain heavily and it was almost pouring in!

I think that the hinge is bent back, is there any advice on how to bend it back? Or do the hinges easily come off in order to replace. I'm hoping it's just the hinge that is bent and not the part of the body that the hinge is attached to. Thanks

sure its not simply misadjusted on the door side? Those bolts can be loosened to tip the door in or out. If thats not it, I'd suggest replacing the hinge. They unbolt. Lining it back up can be a bit of a bitch but the actual swap is just 6 bolts that aren't all that hard to access.

replacing the hinge on rear doors is cake... aligning said door afterwards is usually a PITA unless you get lucky.

Good glad to hear its just bolted on, I thought it may have looked welded on too, but I guess I was seeing things.

        Thanks
