I think you can get those plugs at like, radio shack or some place. Anywhere they sell cell phone stuff, I imagine.

Maybe that new plastic paint Krylon makes, would work.

fusion? never tryed it on rubber works great on plastics tho. if it works good i'll paint some white walls on my tires

the less the car looks like it was a cruiser the better for me. and the black plug in the trunklid would make it stand out like a huge eyesore
