    Cleaning police gauges

I was wondering if the police gauges can be disassembled and cleaned/polished. The lens on my oil pressure gauge has become cloudy. They both still work but with the lights on I can't see them. I have a 91 P72 so I only have two gauges, not three.

I would also be interested in buying a set if anyone has the correct side sweep gauges just laying around.

All I can tell you is that I have disassembled other gauges before by twisting and pulling up on the ring that holds in the glass/plastic face. There was a rubber seal between that ring and the body of the gauge. I guess you can then polish the gauge face (plastic/glass piece) to bring it back to life.
