Well today I got the water pump in but forgot to put the seal on but anyways while I was working on that I herd a crash walk around did not see any thing until I try to roll up my passager side window this thing explode inside the door so my question how hard is to to put a window in it.

Not too difficult. You have to remove the door panel. Get a punch and punch out the center of the rivets (possibly 3 or more) that hold the glass to the regulator. Then drill out the heads of the rivets and remove whatever glass is left. The fun part will be sneaking in the new glass. Make sure to reuse the plastic bushings that isolated the rivets from touching the glass. Just use bolts, washers and nylocks for the install instead of rivets.~David~
