Check out Sears Auto Center. They usually have one or two decent tires available with whitewalls.

If you mean the wide whitewalls of yesteryear, you won't find them any cheaper. There are youtube videos which show how to convert a narrow whitewall into a wide white, but I don't know if it is safe. You should be able to get a standard white stripe tire pretty cheap at WalMart, Sears, bunch of places. But the true whitewalls are very expensive specialty tires.

When I thought I'd have a few bucks I was planning on Cooper CS4s.

I couldn't find cheapie WWs anywhere. The world has moved on.

the kumhos on my car no gots. The tires I got for the vic however do. Check around... most of the cheaper tires have the whitewall and all black sides for the option to put one or the other out.

Most of the older designs for 215/70/15 still have whitewalls. you can sort by whitewalls (and whitewall size) on Tire Rack.com

That's about it without going to Diamondback or Coker.

If you're looking for a standard half inch white wall I'd say try these http://www.walmart.com/ip/Goodyear-V...em+Description or if you want a wider wall theres always these

$100 for a Solus? Oh wait, that's the in-store price. Discounttiredirect.com has better prices, and Tire Rack is often better still. Installing 70-series tires at home with levers is easy-peasy, and basic balancing is $15 for four at Sam's Club.

my hurcs(225/70/15) were around 400bucks installed and ballanced. they also have hazard protection. if something happens to the tire, it gets replaced.

Wow. I'd feel totally ripped off if an off-brand 70-series ran me that much. Road hazard protection might be a good thing, though.

just because our dollar is at par doesn't mean we pay the same for stuff, annoyingly. Lots of things are priced in Canada based on the dollar being worth about 70 US cents like a few years ago
