bumper guards on 85 box

Is anybody can tell me more about custom bumper guards? like on this photo, but for '85 bumper



as i know it is not a stock option. i try to find them for a long time but didn't know where. thank you

Mr. Bowman is only one along with i think another past member had these... VERY difficult to find...
