smoked headlights and blacked out chrome trim for the 99?

see picture below....I'm thinking blacking out the chrome around the windows would look great...any opinions? Anyone done this?? What did you guys use? Did you just tape everything off and pray and spray or remove the trim?? Flat, satin or gloss black on the trim? Or should I leave it chrome?? I'm going for that murder look more or less...not a big fan of chrome on newer cars.

Also, think i'm going to do the smoked headlights...anyone here have any? There are like 2 billion sets on ebay, can anyone recommend a set??

The ones on eBay turn green after a little while, they don't last very long. Most people just bake the headlights apart, and paint the non reflective surfaces black.

Or a can of VHT NightShades. i used that on the Tank and the Marauder's tail lights. you can use it on the headlights too. I also used it on my directionals:
