ooh, that looks bad. Often when they get T boned like that, the frame is bent. At a minimum, the B pillar is bent.

have you had a bodyshop look at it?

theres really nothing else we can see unless you want to go pull the plastic off and try to open the doors to take some pics.

I've gotta agree with the people above, that car may well be a write-off. Perhaps not to you, but legally speaking. The b-pillar will have to be pulled out, and the frame needs to be checked out. You aren't going to be able to just bolt new doors on.

That said, I am 99% sure you can put the original door panels on a Crown Vic door, provided they aren't bent or broken.

85 4 door 351 Civi Crown Victoria - Summer daily driver, sleeper in the making, and wildly inappropriate autocross machine
160KMs 600cfm holley, shorty headers, 2.5" catted exhaust, 255/295 tires, cop shocks, cop swaybars, underdrive pulley, 2.73L gears.
waiting for install: 3.27's, Poly bushings, boxed rear arms, 2500 stall converter, ported e7's, etc

06 Mazda 3 hatch 2.3L 5AT (winter beater that cost more than my summer car)

Ouch, that looks like one heck of a hit. Good luck with the insurance garbage; I'd previously been under the impression that in at-fault states (i.e. not Michigan) it's usually considered pretty clear cut who caused the accident... though I've heard stories of unscrupulous Allstate adjusters who try to claim that all the crap that broke at the time of the collision just happened to happen at the same time, as a pure coincidence.

What's totalled have to do with it? Deduct the salvage value from the insurance payout and get on with it.

If there's any suspicion of tweakage, it might be worth getting a frame shop to look at the car. A friend of mine had a reputable bodyman put a new radiator support on a wrecked '67 Mustang, and only afterward thought to take it to a frame shop. When they tweaked the unibody back into alignment, he said that EVERY SINGLE ONE of the bodyman's welds popped!

Definitely don't trust only a body shop to get everything right. My dad's wife had a light collision a year or two back, and it took much screaming and yelling to get the magically knocking front halfshaft repaired as well - so evidently some idiot involved didn't take into account that things other than actual body panels are frequently damaged when a car is hit.

I'm going to get it fix the car only has 47,000 miles. I was just going to by a used gm with trans problem and take the parts off there. I wanted to know around how much was it going to cost for the frame.
