Any good video links to learn about body work?

I have done a couple repairs here and there and everything so far has turned out great, blended in beautifully and held strong and sturdy..but I am always looking to learn more.

Does anyone have any good video links to auto body repairs that have good information techniques laid out for someone to learn a thing or two? Does not matter what they are fixing...I am open to learning anything that there is to learn.

to be honest with you the best way to learn is to find someone who has a body shop and will let you learn from them, i got lucky and bugged the snot out some freinds who where more than happy to teach me. im not that great at taking out dents and stuff but if you want to make something smooth im your guy lol, im still learning stuff as i progress with the body work on my linc.

If you look at You Tube you will find a LOT of bodywork videos on quite a few different areas.

That is how I learned a lot of what I know....from watching the body work being done on my car and helping with it.
