we have been making a set of fender flares for my brothers thunder bird. They are 1" flares they are made of all steel.

,aking them only took about 2 hours, getting it preped for paint will take a few more.
BTW this was done with tin snips, a cut off wheel, a hammer and a harbor freight welder.http://secondhandracing.com/Home.aspx
