    NICE. Wow, last time I checked this thread you weren't even sure if the price was right, and then boom, beautiful paint.

    Is that really pre-wetsanding?

    85 4 door 351 Civi Crown Victoria - Summer daily driver, sleeper in the making, and wildly inappropriate autocross machine
    160KMs 600cfm holley, shorty headers, 2.5" catted exhaust, 255/295 tires, cop shocks, cop swaybars, underdrive pulley, 2.73L gears.
    waiting for install: 3.27's, Poly bushings, boxed rear arms, 2500 stall converter, ported e7's, etc

    06 Mazda 3 hatch 2.3L 5AT (winter beater that cost more than my summer car)

      The paint on the vic is already peeling near the bottom trim, and that wasn't even painted a year ago

        You had it done at Maaco. They do not do anything right.

          I know, thats why the car was in there for 2 weeks, cause id go in everyday and tell them to redo a million things. Got to know there staff of meth-heads very well.

            Yeah that is realy pre wet sand. Went and saw it last night there is one spot where a dam bug landed in the clear on the hood and than maybe 4 more spots from small blemishs of painting out side but it looks amazing over all. I told them to work out the spot where the bug landed. I ll have more pics tomorrow or mondayish.

              You get what you pay for with paint. A good job costs at least a grand, plus materials. I can show you a 9 year old Maaco job thats not terrible, but I can also point out the spots where the prep work wasn't done properly and swirly sanding marks are still visible. I can also show you the painted over anodized black trim and overspray from not masking it off properly.

                        1986 lincoln towncar signature series. 5.0 HO with thumper performance ported e7 heads, 1.7 roller rockers, warm air intake, 65mm throttle body, 1/2" intake spacer, ported intakes, 3.73 rear with trac lock, 98-02 front brake conversion, 92-97 rear disc conversion, 1" rear swaybar, 1 3/16" front swaybar, 16" wheels and tires, loud ass stereo system, badass cb, best time to date 15.94 at 87 mph. lots of mods in the works 221.8 rwhp 278 rwt

                              I will once I get her all polished up. I have other cameras but that was just after I put the wheels on took a quick shot with phone trust me after the next couple of weeks I m gunna do a full detail and put the interior back together and finaly drive the thing around town.
