80s crown vic and grand marquis hoods- the same?

I need a hood for my boxy vic and the yard I go to has a couple grand marquis 's that are the same year, but im uncertain if the hood will work or not. any help would be good. thanks

Well I cant move it for you but the hoods are completely different from 79 to 87.

All crown vics had the same hood from 79 to 87.

All grand Marquis had the same hood from 79 to 91.

All crown vics from 88 to 91 had the Grand Marquis hood.

Hoods are getting hard to find for 87 and down CV's.

              found one!!!!!

I found one that wasnt in too bad of shape, it took 4 cans of murder to black the hood out. I think it will be an interesting contrast on the white and since the wheels are black why not.
