Window Guide Rod Bushing replacement questions.

Since my car is dismantled anyway I figured why not change the window guide rod bushings out. For those who don't know...the window guide rod bushings are two pieces of plastic square doodad looking things that are inserted around the center guide rod post for each door window.

It looks like its a pain to replace...but I am sure it can be done.

Anyone attempt this yet? Mine are in good shape, but I have replacements lying around and since the originals are 20 something years old to date I know it wouldn't hurt to change them.
