Wiper Arms

I'm going to look this up in my service manual, but I figured I would run this passed you guys/gals first. I would like to remove the wiper arms from a JY CV, MGM, or TC. I'm contemplating painting them up, or better yet, chroming them. How hard is it to remove these pieces???

5 minutes and you can have both of them off if you're careful and use the magic tab. Lift the arm up, slide the tab out to lock the arm, and pull straight out. The arm will come off the spindle with a little wiggle action.
