Just replace the damn top, it's one less thing you have to make super perfect. If you make it slicktop, it's probably gonna cost a pretty penny to get the damn thing all nice and neat and painted. Fix top, be done with it

I have a brochure from a Ford dealer for the 1987 Crown Victoria I got off eBay, and it shows the two tone.
