For replacing the window channel seals, does it require the removal of the window glass? Or can it be done with the glass in, just by breaking up the old seal and pushing the new seal in around the window?

    Thanks!
No need to remove glass. It is tough but not intended to remove glass for replacement.

Helps if you put some lube on the back side of the new rubber and run the window up and down to help pull it in. Soapy water will get it done, doesn't need to be anything special. I pulled the door panel and worked from inside the door to get it pushed all the way down into the channel.
