    New decals after paint...

Here is what the 91 will look like after the paint shop...

And for all you junior policemen... The decals will be on MAGNETICS... And taken off of the car after a car show.... And will also only be used on out of state shows... in state shows it will still be shown as a Fire Chief's Car... To keep from pissing anyone off at the local Sheriff's Office....

Well, the choice is due to the fact that it was an Escambia County Sheriffs Office car to begin with, and then a Fire Chiefs car for our Fire Dept. Which is where I bought it....

Cute??? for showing the cars history??? That is the idea behind restoring an old police car... That is why I restored my 84 as a Harris County, Tx. Precinct 5 Constables car...
Since that is what they used....

As far as yours... Do a carfax on it... it may show you the title info... and then you will know where it is from... of find the build sheet... it may have the agency that bought it on it... Mine was... (For 84--- it was a FHP car)

+1. My build sheet shows where the car was sent for equipment prep, prior to delivery, as well as the department it was shipped to afterwards. Mine was a Hartford, CT detectives car.

Well, I found a company on line that does alot of the Florida Sheriff's Office door decals... (The Sheriff's Office "star") I ordered them tonight... The companies around here wanted almost $300.00 for art work and the cost of the decals... And wasn't sure I would get the correct look... Since the Florida Sheriff's Office decals have a slightly different state seal in the center... The Florida Sheriff's offices have a seal that they have been using for years... These are EXCACTLY the right decals! So I ordered a set of two... total with shipping was just less than $35.00.... Great price... Of course, I will have to pay the local decal shop to put them on the magnetic backing... so that it will cost a little more... but for what they cost... That is no problem!!! Tom....
