Today I got a little bit creative and made a set of custom headlight bezels, what i did was drill some holes and slid some alauminum bars in, i buffed up the bars to give them some shine, after i put them in place i put some 2 part epoxy on them in the back side to hold them in place,, im pretty pleased to how it turnd out..

Mike, what about them pipe bumpers and brush gaurds that put little bars in front of the lights? That means that they'd be illegal too?

I've seen a few Explorers and all running around that have the thin bars, much like Dave's, going over the lights. I never even thought that they'd be illegal.
