    some bumper questions

ok, after having been driving the car for a couple months now...i have come to the conclusion..........that my bumpers look like royal shit. they slide in/out of a sleeve. and that looks like nasty ass.

can i use the wraparound bumpers from an older model instead? what years would i use? i want the front and rear.

I assume your car is a '88-'91 Vic or Marquis? If so, the older bumpers are a fairly easy bolt-on; anything from '79 to '87 would do the trick ('79 and '80 have the kewl fake vents in the front bumper, I think '80 came without the license plate notch like my '79 has). You'll want the fill panels to go with the older bumper, the ones that screw to the front edge of the fenders, etc. Then you can start planning for your pre-'88 nosecone swap!

Yep, it's a easy Bolt-On deal. I would go ahead and swap the Header Panel and Hood as well, so that it looks right.
