    Online Vinyl Top Tailor

Leading provider of high-quality convertible and vinyl tops since 1964, renowned for precision and attention to detail. Preferred by trim shops worldwide for superior materials and state-of-the-art technology. Embodying American craftsmanship and innovation, our products guarantee a perfect fit and lasting durability.

They offer vinyl top tailoring, they have our cars listed, I am going to e-mail them about a quote for my '81 full top. How hard would it be to install, I know you have to glue it and "stretch" it, maybe this is something I will have to read up on, a new top would be great. I am assuming you have to remove the back window and winshield (for full top) to tuck the vinyl underneath.

I would just go slicktop, but that's my opinion...

I dont think you have to remove the windsheild and back window, the trim covers it up

Is there a way to repair the one already on the car? I am asking for my own.

Glad to see someone is interested in keeping the "Class" in these cars, and not going slicktop.

You won't have to remove the windshield or rear window,to replace the vinyl top, only all the trim surrounding it.To get the top "Crown" roof trim off,you will have to drop the headliner, not really a Big Deal just time consuming.

I mailed them for a quote for a full top on my car earlier today. Wasn't quite sure which was the proper one, they have two listings. I sent them pics of the car so they can let me know. Once I get a reply, I'll let y'all know the price. Mine is probably going to be somewhat different in price since its a full vinyl top for a Towncar, not the typical half top most cars have.

Definitely let us know on the price.

I need to find some websites where I can learn the exact procedure for replacing a Vinyl Top.I would definitely give it a try, especially being that I could save several Hundred Dollars over having someone else so it.
