        *EDIT*
Apparently, S55 was Mercury's performance trim level used in the 60s. Ford got a 500XL designation. My 64 Galaxie was a 500XL, and it got bucket seats, a console with floor shifter, and some other stuff that I can't remember.

Not sure about that, but I'm guessing as long as the light still functions, you can pretty much do what you want.

Okay so I finished... and 2 things went wrong.. I fucked up the paint on the left one.. so i have to redo part of it........ or the whole thing >

And I noticed I dident put that thick of a coat on them... and I still have not put the clear coat on... which it needs... how should I go about doing this? Do i need to remove all the paint and start over?

Do several light coats of the color then clear over them.

Zwack, what brand clear did you use? I'm thinking of doing this too. That silver Marauder is awesome looking.

I used duplicolors clear. It has held up for over a year and a half with no peeling.
