Sequential Tail Lights?

Is that what they're called? I'm not sure...
I'm curious if there's a kit for it or something I would need to get..
I want my turn signals to flash differently...
right now they flash like normal, just the outer 2 bulbs blinking together...
I'd like to make all 3 bulbs flash sequentially from inner to outer...
I'm sure it's been done before.
what would I need to get to change that?

The sequential module I linked to at meter4it.com looks a millions times better than the webelectricproducts one which isnt even in a box just some crappy heat shrink.
