Is it possible to replace the headlights, side markers and grill from a 1997 GM to a 93 GM?

You'd need a header panel, and most likely a bumper cover, possibly fenders....probably the hood too.

Header panel, grill, bumper cover maybe, but the hood and fenders are the same as the 95-97 style.
