    Mine is made out of .032" 5053 aluminum. I have a thread somewhere about it. Our metal brake is only 18" wide so i had to do it in two pieces, just cut a 7" x 32" strip. left a two inch tab and bent the 5 inch part to about 45deg or so. i added some small strips on the back to add stiffness. The top tab has to be notched to fit around raised spots on the crossmember. I used aluminum rivets to attach it.

        You could always find a stock one, not as big as Duce's but will do fairly well.

          Hmmm. That bumper would look like shit on my car or I would take it.
