.Once I get a two door merc its gunna be Black with a white lemans GT-40 stripe with Vicky front and rear....I know it wont fit....Jeeze I have power tools and a buddys shop I can go to to make it fit

Yup. Gonna have to do something about the chrome. BTW, dont remove the side trim. It more fucking work than its worth, and you still have to change the filler panels. Im trying to find me some.1989 Grand Marquis LS

How about some rhino lining on the bumpers and flat/satin black for the rest of the chrome. Black along the rocker panels would tie it all together well.-Matt
