Has anyone ever thought of turning their woodgrain into a flame job. That is stencling out flames from the existing woodgrain and cutting off the rest. Not sure how it would look but sounds cool in my head. Course, many things have sounded good in my head only to turn out really bad.

I recently got my hands on some diamond tread aluminum.
I breifly thought about cutting some out, and placing it over the woodgrain.
It would look cool imho, but I decided it was more trouble than it would be worth.Owner of the only known 5 speed box wagon with a lift kit.

My plan is to refinish the trim around the woodgrain with that is a cross between flames and the woodgrain. Subtle, but still neat.
The woodgrain flame idea is pretty neat...Builder/Owner of Badass Panther Wagons
