windows arent workin?? pull that door panel and make sure its not the switch, then remove the window motor.
There is no need to drill out any rivets... the only drilling you do is 3 holes in front of the motor in order to get a socket on the bolts holding the motor in.

if you can hear the motor turning but it wont move the window, most likely you only need a cheap bushing kit.
Open it up and you will find the little bits everywhere... clean them out, install the new bushings, fill with grease and go!
you may have damage to the plastic gears themselves, but they can be replaced as well.
Some people replce the bushings with two 1/4 nuts, but I say thats :coocoo: and will lead to a worn out plastic gear

If the motor doesnt turn at all, its most likely the brushes are worn out.
here we have one of mine with not much brush left...

now you can either get new motors or try to find good brushes in a junkyard.
You dont even have to pull the motors to get these brushes out, just take of the back cover of the motor that contains the brushes. You can pull out the mangneto-gryo thing too.

If you are good, you can get them back together... but its tricky!! It takes some co-ordination and patience, but is worth the savings!
