where should i mount fog lights?need pix of mount locat.

i picked up a couple weeks ago a cheap set of fogs for shifty as she will prob be my winter ride. i was going to mount them under the bumper as on each side near the corners there are holes big enough to fit them thru. only prob with that is that to adjust them down comes the bumper. and then the metall piece that is mounted to the bumper. that would be a pita, but at the same time the lights would be doing exactly what they are supposed to do. i would also think that the slatted grille on the 88-91s would be restrictive (i could be wrong) basically i donm't want to drill any part on the exterior.

the other alternative would be to locate a push bumper for the older boxes and mount them to there but that would destroy the cars lines imo.

so i need pix and such of where you people have your fogs(if you have em) mounted. thanks

I got a 91 GM.

I popped out the grille tabs (check Crown Vic procedure, it may have screws).
I drilled into the horizonmtal bar at the bottom steel the front, where the grille attaches.

I wired it up and popped the grille back on.
Done in 2 hours.

thats where I mounted mine too... a flat horizonatl bar going behind the grill... I heard some people dont have em though
