Radio not lighting up

Today I back probed the two illumination wires. The blue/red one gets 12v with the lights onnso that must be circuit for the button back lighting but the orange/black wire gets nothing with key on and/or lights on so I think thats the issue. All fuses are good so its probably a bad lead somewhere.

Upon further testing I noticed it was an open circuit. Looks like I’ll need to break out a schematic and see where this wire goes...
