'87 Cougar. Dual power seats. Neither work. Could it be a fuse? Everything else seems to work. I'll know more tomorrow.

'87 Cougar LS. The circuit breaker in the fuse panel is good. No power is reaching the switches. When I searched the Cougar forum before, someone had mentioned that there was a black control box under the drivers' seat. There is no black box there. There are, however, two relays under the passenger seat. What are those for?
Should I be checking anything else? Where are the relays for the power seats located?
